Payment deducted, No Order ID generated

While making payment for ViewInFinity  S6 monitor, the amount got billed to my card, but website didn't display any confirmation msg and redirected to cart page for payment.

Can someone please suggest how to fast track this issue with Samsung.

You'll need to reach out to Samsung Customer Services and ask them to investigate.

You say that the transaction has been charged to your card, is it showing at complete or in pending?
