S25 Exclusive (Jet black) extended delay in shipping

Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I have ordered an S25 Jet Black on February 15, with an expected shipping date of February 24. However, the order status is still stuck in Stage 3 ("Order Confirmed") and has not been dispatched.

When I contacted online support, I received different explanations each time, with no proper ETA given. It is very frustrating that there has been no clear communication about the delay or the expected shipment date.

As a customer, I am disappointed that a large entity like Samsung lacks a clear process for communicating delays or providing updates on the shipment status. This has left a negative impression.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear and accurate update on the status of my order and the expected shipment date.  @iSAMSUNG @Samsung6

This forum is a customer to customer based forum and Samsung Customer Support doesn't monitor it.

Unfortunately with Website exclusive colours, especially if you get the 1TB memory option
They can face delays
I had to wait just over 6 weeks for my S22 Ultra Website exclusive colour
Sadly customer support only really see what details you already have.

It's going to arrive, only thing you can do is be patient and wait.

Going to piggyback on this. As this is a perfect response, and realistically the only response.

Download the DPD app; they will send more up-to-date details when it does eventually ship.

As said, I will come—just have to wait.

I'm afraid this isn't Customer Service and we are unable to access orders or accounts.

Please reach out to Samsung Customer Services who can update you on your order but note that if your device is delayed due to shortage of stock they may not be able to confirm a new delivery date yet.

You've ordered a Samsung Online Exclusive with highest memory and these have been very popular this year.

I ordered mine on feb16 with a delivery date of 7th of march, I rang Samsung today and was told it wouldn't be arriving on time, and they would email me once they have contacted the warehouse! Not looking good.
