Galaxy S22 Ultra Order issues (doesn't show up on My Order)

Hi guys,

 

Seems like a lot of you had issues with S22 pre-orders as well, but I wanted to make sure I'm not in the lone status...

So I did receive an email from the Sales team saying my order was placed and a confirmation email with my order number. Also received the return tag for sending over my old phone. But from 'My Order' page, I do not see the order number. And it's been a week like this... Anything to worry about this status? Or is this normal?

Also... if any of you have ordered exclusive colors, do you know if everything will be shipped together along with the phone or will it all be separately shipped? (Buds & charger shipping first, then case, then phone, etc.)

What did you order exactly? Just phone? Or accessories too?

Depending what you ordered, if you pre-order S22 with accessories, they will arrive together

If you order other accessories that are already available they will come first, for example the 45w Charger, that already available so may get that first

I didn't order anything separately - just the ones as pre-order gifts. I was hoping they shipped altogether, so good to hear that. Thanks :smiling-face:

Still a little anxious about the order status not showing up on my account but fingers crossed it's ok...

You claim pre-order gifts after you get the phone.

Last year they shipped with the phone but seems they gone back to claiming after the fact again which I hate

Were you logged into your Samsung account when you placed the order ?

As far as I am aware the exclusive colours take 4 extra weeks to deliver (7 weeks for the Red colour).

When I pre-ordered my S22 Ultra I also added a case to the basket and as far as I can see they will ship together.
The Buds Pro are a free gift which you will have to claim after you receive your phone (if that is what you ordered) and they can take up to 45 days !!! to arrive, but usually it's faster.

Okay this is super weird, I live in France and the community link from French Samsung site directed me to here so I thought this was European community!

To answer to your kind reply, I was logged in & I checked with my order number & email (of course from French site) but it doesn't appear. 😕

I now will have to look through French website if they have some kind of claim website... thank you!!

Make sure you have logged in under Samsung Rewards. And do scroll down past the Order I'd lol

If you have used a 3rd party website for discount like EPP, Perkz at work or student portal. Then try viewing your order by going through that again. (Sorry not sure if it is different in France).

Hi there I am having a similar issue. I ordered the S22 last week due for delivery March 25th. It is not showing in my orders at all. I did order using a work discount code, although still through my own gmail etc. I am worried the order is not showing, I tried live chat but it said it was a 17 hour wait?  I just want to make sure everything is ok with my order.
