Hi guys,
Seems like a lot of you had issues with S22 pre-orders as well, but I wanted to make sure I'm not in the lone status...
So I did receive an email from the Sales team saying my order was placed and a confirmation email with my order number. Also received the return tag for sending over my old phone. But from 'My Order' page, I do not see the order number. And it's been a week like this... Anything to worry about this status? Or is this normal?
Also... if any of you have ordered exclusive colors, do you know if everything will be shipped together along with the phone or will it all be separately shipped? (Buds & charger shipping first, then case, then phone, etc.)

I didn't order anything separately - just the ones as pre-order gifts. I was hoping they shipped altogether, so good to hear that. Thanks

Okay this is super weird, I live in France and the community link from French Samsung site directed me to here so I thought this was European community!
To answer to your kind reply, I was logged in & I checked with my order number & email (of course from French site) but it doesn't appear. 😕
I now will have to look through French website if they have some kind of claim website... thank you!!

Hi there I am having a similar issue. I ordered the S22 last week due for delivery March 25th. It is not showing in my orders at all. I did order using a work discount code, although still through my own gmail etc. I am worried the order is not showing, I tried live chat but it said it was a 17 hour wait? I just want to make sure everything is ok with my order.
