@dsss: Samsung Flex, as the name implies, offers more flexibility for our customers in terms of payment options, with 14-26 month finance, and a deposit of 10-50%. The Upgrade Programme, while still relatively flexible, only allows a 10% deposit as standard, with 23 monthly payments. If you would like to learn more, then please take a look at the links below.

@dsss @Obsydian: EDIT: My apologies. Samsung Flex hasn't replaced the Upgrade Programme. The 2 services are operated by separate entities, with GLOW handling Flex customers, and KLARNA handling SUP customer. There are also slight differences in the way that the services operate with regards to the upgrade process itself. Generally though, the takeaway is that both options are still available to customers.

So can I still upgrade after 12 months with flex or I have to wait till end of my payments?

@dsss: With Flex you must reach the end of your credit agreement in order to be eligible to upgrade. This will be done via MTR, who will buy back your existing handset, so you can arrange a new finance deal for the upgraded handset. For the full terms and conditions, please take a look at the link below.

Due to my upgrade from the S23 Ultra and after looking into this I'm basically I'm being forced into upgrading via an inferior method?

With the upgrade program I get a new phone every 12 months, with Flex I get one every 14 months? So I'd get the S25 Ultra in March next year, the S26 Ultra in May 26 etc etc.

Is that right? If it is that's an awful system.

Came here to find out the exact same thing. Why the hell would they make it 14 months, what an arbitrary figure.
Can't upgrade until the 1st February so miss out on all the pre-order stuff.
