I've been trying to place an order on the Samsung.com website for the past few days.
Each time I do it, on various devices, using different email/phone/card details, I get as far as the "Order Confirmation" web page but there is no order number and no confirmation email. The money has also not left my account.
Samsung assiistance tell me that they dont have any trace of my order either.
Anyone else having this issue?
