Note 8. Dex Claim Invoice?

I'm trying to claim my free Dex station but need an invoice to do so.

 

I got my phone direct from Samsung UK but all I've go is a Delivery Note. I've checked my emails but all they've sent me is a confirmation of pre-order and dispatch.

 

Any advice please as it seems customer surport is closed on Sunday!

I have just received my Dex station very nice this must be the start of the distribution I hope all posters now receive theirs

How long did you wait for it to be delivered from when you got your confirmation email?

Ordered note open 15/9/17  applied on 7/10/17 claim cleared on 10/10/17 received Dex inn  27/10/17 so all in all not too long hope yours arrives soon  it his quite  intriguing

i had the same problem what im worried about now is do we have any guarantee on the phone as we cant prove we have one

i have just rang samsung again to try and get a reciept for the guarantee on the phone but they still cant send me one just a copy of the invoice i got when i ordered it but that was no good for the dex claim as it didnt prove what phone i had bought . i give up
