How Can I Claim the Charger Duo If Delivery Takes 30+ Days?

So I ordered a Watch 6 Classic 47mm on the 6th of September and the Watch had since been delayed. It won't be arriving within 30 days of being purchased, however all claims for the Free Charger Duo need to be within 30 days of purchase and having tried to fill out the claim form it's asking for the serial number which I don't have. It's not displayed on the invoice either and from what I can gather it's wanting a photo from inside the watch's settings so I would need to physically have it. 

Surely there's something in place for situations like these?

@AaronAJ Thanks for the help. It's day 30 today and I'm just back from work around 30 minutes ago so it was important that I got in touch with somebody tonight before it was too late. I've just sent them an email with my invoice information etc and hopefully they can help me out. Thanks 😁
