Proof of purchase

Hi, can someone tell me how I can get an invoice for proof of purchase re sent to me. ? I need it to vlsim the cashback offer on thdbphone I just puchased. I deleted the confirmation of order by mistake and the claim page is not accepting the packing sheet that was included in the box 

I think thd online chat is closed fof the night. I need to make the claim ASAP or I sill miss out.

If you paid by card your balance sheet from your bank should be enough,failing that say your seeking legal assistance and you,ll get sorted.

@Arewohn  you would need an actual receipt though if deleted recently should be able to restore.  Samsung e mail has a recycle Bin as well as gmail for instance and they are retained for 30 days.   see some information here .   https://www.cleverfiles.com/howto/recover-deleted-emails.html
