Missing Second Set of Ear Buds

I recently purchased two Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phones at the same time.

Unfortunately, during the order process, which I attempted several times, it would not allow me to have a second Free case when you buy S23 Ultra’ nor would it allow me to have a second set of ‘Free Buds2 Pro when you buy S23 Smartphones’ – I assumed that this was just a computer glitch and it would be sorted out prior to delivery, it wasn’t.

I have contacted the help line and spoke to three different people, one who thought I should have received the second case/buds, the second who didn’t think I should and the third who said I needed to speak to the first person again. I didn’t want to get on a never-ending circle.

I have checked my original order again and below each phone it states:-

Free case when you buy S23 Ultra
Free Buds2 Pro when you buy S23 Smartphones

Has anyone else had this issue and know of a solution?

Or only allow one per order, need to place the orders separately

Hi @Fergie1 

I would suggest to revisit the Terms and Conditions  / Criteria of the promotion just to double check what your entitled to.

Then you'll need to persevere with the Promotions Team if you should have received what you believe was right.
