I'm trying to claim my free Dex station but need an invoice to do so.
I got my phone direct from Samsung UK but all I've go is a Delivery Note. I've checked my emails but all they've sent me is a confirmation of pre-order and dispatch.
Any advice please as it seems customer surport is closed on Sunday!

Hi what you need to send as well is a copy of your delivery note it came in he pack with the phone. At least that's what I sent and got my Dex I think what we call a delivery note Samsung call by a different name and count it as proof of acceptance of the phone. I hope you get on ok as the item is very good.

I would think that by registering your phone with Samsung would secure the start of the warrenty .
