klarna issues in upgrade lounge

Like many people I am still having uses trying to upgrade.

klarna just keep getting "You cant use klarna for this purchase". There are no other options....

Spoken to Samsung and klarna several times both useless. Telling me to try again shortly and blaming the other party...

I really hope they get this sorted as if they not before pre-order is over then I guess wont be upgrading and just getting another brand...

Give this a try. It worked for me 1st time the past 2 upgrade Windows. Only this time, use a different phone number and email when prompted by Klarna.

Cheers tried that a couple of times. Now run out of different phone numbers 😕

Tried to do this quickly before I left the house for work. By searching on Samsung site I couldn't find the upgrade lounge.

Either check your emails for the invite to upgrade which will have your loan number and a link or search samsung upgrade lounge on Google and you should find a link that way.

Got another number and tried again. Same result

It did ask me for a bank account this time but no card details
