Hey everyone,
I am due my upgrade through the Samsung upgrade plan and am struggling to access the lounge to process the upgrade.
Every time I try to login it either says technical difficulties or the login page just completely disappears and I can't even input my Loan number/surname. I have got the email telling me I am due for an upgrade.
Just wondering if anyone has had this issue before? I have tried clearing cache/browser history. Tried different PC/phone/tablet and its the same on all devices.
I just want to order a new phone!
