Samsung Upgrade Program DISCONTINUED

I have been with Samsung Upgrade Program for over 10years and last year they gave me Upgrade after over 2 years.

This year when I contacted for this the customer service chat representative said that they have discontinued Samsung Upgrade Program and we can no longer Upgrade.

This seems to be a complete miss guiding information as they are still promoting Upgrade program for S25.

I have attached the chat, which clearly shows how much Samsung cares for thier customers.

Anyone else having same issue?

Consulting the website and FAQ, it would seem that the upgrade program has been closed for a year. I am not sure of the reasons.

Thanks for your reply. However this does not make sense as they are still making customers to sign up for new Upgrade programs in thier current Web page.

They changed it last year to Samsung Flex which is the same just different finance provider from my understanding. I've not had the invite to upgrade to the new one which I'm waiting for.

I'm actually with Klarna still till date. Probably you may not receive Upgrade as you can see in my chat with Samsung.

yeah you wont get an invite to upgrade on the flex for another 2 months

well it depends on if you took the 14 month or 26 month loan period. if you took the 14 month one you will be able to upgrade then but if you took the 26 month one doesnt look like we are getting the option to upgrade for the s25. I spoke to support and they pretty much just dismissed me and said they arent offering the upgrade. and sent me this.Screenshot 2025-01-23 162615.png

I've seen this but they've done this in previous years with the upgrade programme where they've "delayed" when you could trigger the upgrade for whatever reason.

It'd seem very strange for them to stop preorders by not allowing everyone to upgrade earlier which would impact their sales figures.

When trying to get to the Flex account, I used to get an error saying it didn't exist, now I get we're experiencing technical issues 🤷

im getting both the errors of it not existing and and the technical issues. Im not holding out hope that they will let us just from my conversation with support but will wait and see, would hate to miss out on the pre-order bonuses.
