Help with Birthday discount code

Hello, 

I wanted to buy S25 Ultra but as the price is too expensive I wanted to use my birthday voucher/discount code. However, I still havent received this code. Would someone be able to provide or help me with this please. Thank you.

@bijayastha: To be eligible to receive a voucher on your birthday for use on samsung.com, please follow the link below, scroll down towards the bottom of the page, and look for "Sign up for Samsung offers, news and get 15% off on your birthday", located just above the terms and conditions section.

If you have already followed the steps above, and haven't received a voucher, then please contact the Shop Team via samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor can explore your available options from here. 

If price is a factor then I recommend exploring our finance options, which allows you to spread the cost with monthly payments. You can also order using the Samsung Shop app to receive a 5% discount on your purchase. I hope this helps.

You won't be able to use birthday voucher for a newly released device, it says it on the email you receive in small print. Not sure why

They birthday codes are never eligible for anything released within several months of your birthday or for unreleased products, so you could use it on the S24 but not the S25.
