Being told to wait a few hours for the reserve code to work in the EPP store 🙄 anyone else having this issue ? Telling me not to wait or not use it and get a refund lol

Mine didn't work so just used the normal £50 one. The t's and C's say you have to be logged into Samsung account for it to work with through EPP you're sort of not ..

In the same way as you can't use reward points or collect points through EPP....

Yeah my account is connected to epp under the email I used for the reserve. Told me on phone that they are working on them to work on the epp portal. Not even my birthday one works 🤣 managed to get it down to 438 the 100 would take it down to 338 with the trade in 👌

Neither of mine are working in the student store, haven't tried on the shop app as that doesn't take 30% off the watches like it's supposed to, so neither way is working 😆🤦🏻. Hopefully in a few hours, they start working then!

By then be pushed back in the queue and probably have to wait 2 weeks for the phone 🤣
