Samsung not talking to Klarna on upgrade program.

My upgrade came into effect on 13 October. Each time I login into the lounge and select the flip5 and go through to pay for via Klarna, I input my details confirm terms and then it says appication not accepted, go and find another means of Payment! Samsung say its known issue and to keep trying. I have done so for two weeks and am beginning to lose patience. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Unfortunately this is a Klana thing. It's upto them wether they accept or not.
Make sure payment address is the same as the delivery address
I find that both need to be the same
Just recently tried to get the new watch and couldn't because of this
Try a different browser maybe. Clear browser Cashe as well
Also double check all information is filled out fully
Ultimately its down to Klana and your credit rating
