cannot deliver to my area

trying to order a tumble dryer from the web sit but when it gets to the delivery part  a message comes up saying ...

Unfortunatly we cannot deliver to your area. 

i have had things delivered in the last year to my house from the website so cant see what the issue is.

i live in mid wales so not really a remote area

Simply means that they don't have stock in the warehouse that covers your area.

All the big firms like AO.com, Currys etc work broadly the same way.
