3 Weeks and no update on my order

I ordered a s23 ultra three weeks ago tomorrow and have not had even one email update . The email I got from the day I ordered is all I've received . Tracking shows no.3 order confirmed for almost 3 weeks now . I was suppose to get the phone tomorrow supposedly but no chance it will be I'd think. I'll never order straight from Samsung again. A phone from China would be here by now as slow as they are. Samsung had better work on this or they will lose business .

Why didn't you just buy the handset from a shop and walk out with it?
When you buy anything online, you're at the mercy of everyone.

I stupidly bought a online only color. The light blue model. Wish I hadn't now . Today in chat they are saying it takes 3 to 4 weeks . I'll just buy in a shop or next day delivery online the next time . Never direct from Samsung again.

Have you spoken with Samsung Customer Service about this at all?

They may be able to confirm if delivery is indeed coming tomorrow. If that was your scheduled date when you placed the order, Samsung's 3rd party Delivery Partner would send emails out usually the day before and on the day to confirm delivery.

Last week the lady I chatted to said tomorrow the 25th . But a different lady I talked with today just said it takes 3 to 4 weeks and didn't give me a date . Just said the delivery firm would be in touch when it was coming .

Samsung use DPD for delivery. If DPD have been told about your order it will show on the DPD app even if a delivery date has not been issued

Online special colours always take ages to come.

But that usually happens during preorders.

Unless they don't have it in Stock near you.

Maybe try calling customer service.
