I have the same problem, but I'm losing hope. This issue is 2 years old, and Samsung does not even want to hear it. Tried the next update after going to 13, but no luck at all. Never going to buy anything from Samsung again.

My galaxy S21+ have the same problem after upgrading to Android 13. After restarting the phone problem disappearing for approximately one day. Noticed that during problem if I enable Wi-Fi calling I'm able to call and receive a call normally (no problem), disabling again and there is no sound. Tried reset to factory default with no luck, putted my SIM card to another phone and there is no issue, putted another SIM card into my phone and problem exists. Played a lot with switching 5G-4G-3G-2G, VoLTE, airplane mode, turning SIM card Off-On with no luck, only reboot temporary solve the problem. Even tried to troubleshoot the problem with my mobile operators core technical specialists and they came in to conclusion that the problem is coming from phone.

So this following solution works for me!
I tried all possible solutions mentioned in the pages before, ending up with a factory reset and receiving a new s21 (company ict-desk). Same issue.
I removedone phisical simcard and replaced it by an e-sim. So now I have one physical simcard (work) and one e-sim (private) instead of two phisical simcards (work & private). No issues for 5 days in a row.

Following Arnord's experience I also changed my phone's second phisical SIM card with eSIM and during more than 10 days no issue detected. Thanks !!!

I recently purchased a pair of Rexton BiCore hearing *****. I can barely hear incoming calls on my Samsung S21 running Android version 13. Calls are so faint that I have to disconnect bluetooth to hear the call. My audiologist has tried everything to fix the problem, including tech support at Rexton.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

@LarryH1: With your hearing aid(s) connected, please try heading to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the cog to the right of the hearing aid(s), and check to see if call volume can be adjusted from here. If not, swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom > Media output, and explore your volume options (a slider should be visible below each connected Bluetooth device). Let me know if this helps.
