I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 which I love only complaint is the battery, it doesn't stay charged very long. But now I'm having issues with my bluetooth. I use a Plantronics Voyager 5220 Noise Canceling bluetooth. It stopped working after the last update you did on May 29th, 2024. I can hear everyone talking and I can hear media playing but no one can hear me. When I make or answer calls the speaker option is bad. The reception breaks up and cuts in /out, I can't use it to make/receive calls. I went to the manufacturer's website for Plantronics (*they're no longer plantronics, they're now HP Poly Lens, not thrilled about HP), they did an update and still nothing. I'm so frustrated right now because I use my bluetooth everyday. I drive downtown (Chicago) a lot. Driving downtown you can't use your phone on speaker or be caught holding phone to your ear to talk. You'll get pulled over and ticketed. I really need to get this resolved. Can you please help??
