Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum

Have you performed a Wipe Partition Cache on your device recently? (ever)?

It is recommended to do this after each major OS update and after several monthly security patch updates (some on here even go so far as to suggest doing so monthly).

Then reboot your device and see if that fixes your issue.

Not all. A very small number of users (out of the millions of devices out there) have reported this issue.

For some a Wipe Partition Cache should sort the issue. For others there may be conflict with an app and that conflict needs resolving.

If it was an OS solely issue then all users would be impacted and that isn't the case.
