New UI 6.1 issue - Navigation bar

So I just updated to the new One UI 6.1 and I noticed my navigation bar went back to default. No big problem I'll change it. Only thing is that when I go to chnage it how I had it before that option is no longer there.

I used to have the navigation bar where you'd have to swipe up to mimic the default navigation. For example: 

• If I wanted to go back I'd swipe up from the bottom right.
• If I wanted to exit I'd swipe up from thr middle
• If I wanted to close all recent apps or view them I'd swipe up from the left side.

I like this because it kept the phone clean and there was no bar at the bottom like I'm forced to do now

The Main issue for me is that its on both sides and not optional to have it on one side, I often accidentally go back when scrolling due to my habit of sticking very close to the left edge for minimal movement.

Its honestly not that bad its just that i have accidentally gone back way too often and instead of being able to lower the sensitivity even more or to disable a side theres nothing that really helps, its an update that is not user friendly when you are scrolling alot etc with 1 hand

Seems there's a similar sounding app called finelock? Is that available for you?
