Under Files, Storage, I get the Internal Storage and then the OneDrive logo.
(I am signed in with my Windows account - under which I get the 1TB storage space)
Under the OneDrive logo on the Files screen (Storage), it says in grey - Not Signed in.
When I click on the OneDrive logo onder Storage - I get the message:
"Error Occurred. Try again."
When I open the OneDrive App, no problem.
I can access and download my files to a location on the internal storage.
Can anyone help with a reason why the OneDrive under the Storage section, will keep on giving errors and how to resolve it. If possible.
Please and thanks in advance.

Hi @harvie23
It might be worth performing a forum search if you haven't already.
This is a help link from Microsoft > https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/samsung-gallery-and-onedrive which may help.
A generic troubleshooting step is to either clear the cache of an app or clearing the cache of the phone.
Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi there, @harvie23. While I'm not sure why you're encountering this error, I note that you have already tried a variety of steps to resolve this. Which specific steps have you tried so far (e.g. suggested here, by our Support Teams and by Microsoft)?
