How to reverse One UI 7 update? I highly dislike it and see no benefit to it, only downsides.
1. I always used to access my quick settings, brightness control, and music, by swiping down once from where ever I want on my home screen. Now I have to reach the corner every time. This is an annoying change with no purpose other than wanting to copy Apple. Edit: solution in replies.
2. My home screen and apps screen grid has changed. It was 4x5 but now 4x6 or 5x6 and there is no option to change it back. Edit: solution in replies, can be changed with good lock.
3. The text and letters in certain widgets look really small after the update. This is not related to the app and there are no options to change it or reverse changes. Edit: not an issue anymore if the grid is changed back to 4x5.
4. There is a search bar at the bottom of my apps screen and no way to remove it. I am never going to use it so it serves no purpose other than pushing all my apps up which is not a user friendlier change. Please implement a way to place it back at the top. Edit: not that much of an issue anymore if the grid is changed back to 4x5.
Thanks to the user in the replies for pointing out the fixes! I'm very grateful for them.

That's the problem, why should you manually revert everything when the old worked and you want to keep it?
