Washer Dryer Reported Times A Joke!

Some of the reported times just don't add up! They cannot have been tested!

Cotton wash:

@ 20C 2hrs 14min

@40C 2hrs 14min ok so a little time to warm up by 20C

@60C 4hrs 49min so to warm another 20C takes 2hrs 35min!  WHY!

@90C 2hrs 58min well that's because it obviously warms to 90C then waits until it cools down again!

@60C should be somewhere between 40C and 90C.

Just to spin a wet item requires 15 minutes, the same time to rinse twice (even when turned off) and then spin WHY! No rinse should be shorter! My previous Bosch took exactly 5 minutes from door closed to door unlocked!

Lots of other timings that just don't appear to make any sense: too many to report.

Haven't managed to yet find a program to enable the use of eco bubble or steam! Not sure there is one!

It has taken me over an hour to get to this forum after discovering Samsung offer NO technical support whatsoever for this appliance. They (should) know it requires an update but can't be bothered to do anything about it. Last time I purchase any Samsung product. Hopefully, I can get a refund as it clearly is a beta version and I don't have any idea if it can be corrected as no one from Samsung appears to care! If these problems are obvious from new then what lies beneath?

Why follow a loop to get to a contact community option, when I have already followed this option?

Alternatively, why would I want to waste time and effort by telephoning a company that makes it so  difficult to talk to someone, and I might add, will have absolutely nothing to do with my product issues.

I tried this when my phone power supply exploded and all I got was fobbed off!

So customer support will update software, visit my home and change the board containing the firmware. I think not! This is the real world!
