Your engineer came yesterday to repair the freezer again.
After 4 long hours he said that now it’s all done.
If before his visit we didn’t have a working freezer, this morning both fridge & freezer are not working.
The fridge is on 14 degrees and the freezer is on 20 degrees!!
We now thanks to your amazing support & customer care don’t have either a fridge or a freezer in our household.
How do I store milk & food for my family???
Already spent £150 for a temporary freezer as ours don’t work, do I need to buy a temporary fridge also???
It’s been now 8 weeks since I have contacted you guys and still I don’t have a working fridge/freezer.
When I bought Samsung American fridge/freezer I thought I’m buying quality appliance from a reputable company that stands behind their name.
I genuinely feel like I’m in a bad episode of Fawlty Towers and not dealing with Samsung.
Please let me know how to proceed from here as I’m getting a little fed up with this ordeal not talking about the cost we suffer as we cannot store any food so need to get fresh daily.

@Alon Hesse: I'm really sorry to hear of your experience, as I understand how important it is to have a working fridge freezer in your home. Sadly I am unable to progress your query from this position, but I want you to be able to get the support you need, so you can get this issue resolved in as timely a manner as possible. With this in mind, I recommend getting in touch with the Service Centre/engineer who carried out the repair to inform them of the recurring fault, as they may be able to arrange a further inspection for you. Alternatively, please get in touch with out Support Team at samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, where an advisor will be able to look into this further for you. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

We are in the same position but have no freezer and a shop due today assuming the fridge freezer would be working again after a month of no working appliance.
my house now smells strange from the fridge freezer so I’m paranoid my 2 children are breathing in toxic chemicals. So I’ve switched it off as the unit was only holding the temp to 12 degrees.
