We have tried to log in the ticket for our washing machine for the past 2 weeks. Always the same process and then after 40 minutes, the call gets cut off. Then we have to start the process again. Nobody calls us back nor interest in resolving the issue.
It is so unprofessional and outrageous that we are not able to wash our clothes for 2 weeks nor to log a simple ticket as this is being repeated on a daily basis.
Can you advise what legal department can we contact?

Good morning, we have called several times and to be honest, I am very tired. we have already contacted the store and we wish to return the washing machine and get a different brand as it is unreliable and service is more than poor. We have had no solution for nearly 3 weeks.
That's very poor customer service and unreliable product.
