I have a 2021 Samsung washing machine with the auto dose dispensing system. It's worked fine since I got it (just over a year ago), but in the last few weeks the fabric softener compartment empties completely after a was or two (or a day or two, haven't figured out which of the two it is). I've taken the auto dose drawer out and cleaned it, as well as the inner part of the washing machine it fits into, with no success. Can someone help please?

Hi @ChrisM .
Thank you for the reply. No. It just happened again last night. I had just refilled the fabric softener container and it's now empty after having used the washing machine on a short cycle (with the fabric softener feature deactivated). Any suggestions?

@LondonUser82: Please can you confirm the model number of your washing machine, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum, and I will look into this for you.
In the meantime, please can you try turning the Navigation Dial on your machine, select 'Dose Per Wash' or 'Dose Per Rinse' and explore the available options. For further guidance, please take a look at the guide below and tap on 'How to turn on auto dispensing (front load)'

Thanks @LondonUser82. Did you manage to look at the guide Andrew sent?

Hi Carl. Yes, I had a look at it. I already know how to adjust the general as well as the day to day settings for the fabric softener. I actually did a "reset to factory settings" this morning. Hopefully that might help..?

We’re actually having the same issue. We’ve had the machine for about 6 weeks and it needed filling every 1-1.5 weeks. Suddenly it needs filling after two washes and it’s going to bankrupt us! It’s a Series 5+ WW90T534DAW
