I have a Samsung WA52M7750AV washer and can't get Self Cleaning enabled? None of the buttons on the display are responding. I would appreciate any suggestions.
@lsrivers: Please try unplugging the machine at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in, and press the Power button. If you press 'Self Clean' does the button light up? If so, please remove all laundry items from the drum, make sure that the door is firmly closed, then hit the Start/Pause button.
If the Self Clean button, or any other buttons on the control panel are unresponsive, then please contact Samsung support in your region by heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange an engineers inspection.
