I got a DV80TA020DH a bit more than 2 years ago and we have been taking extremely good care of it (we clean every filter and the heat exchanger after every single use), still now it doesn't dry.
It heats up but doesn't dry.
The heat exchanger should be cool when on use, right? Well it is not and so the water can't condensate.
I read online that this is an issue with the dryers from Samsung, but I would like to try to know if someone got the same issue, and what is the precise problem so I can decide if I try to fix it or if I just buy a new one (from a different brand).
I mean, I will buy a knew one, but it makes me so mad to trash something new that we took so good care of ! I still want to fix it.
