Still under a warranty, had already 6 engineers bookings (4 visits as once his van broke and the other time engineer was ill). 8 weeks and still not working properly. Takes 2-3 drying cycle to dry just 4/5 boys tops (10y) Almost 4-5h! It is not heating properly as clothes are barely warm… today I’ve call for another repair and has received a note from partner service that my washer dryer has been checked and serviced and repair is done! Unbelievable!!! If I want to dry my clothes over my radiators or railings I wouldn’t pay for washer dryer!! Ridiculous and I regret so badly to choose Samsung!!! Never experienced so poor service!
