Help With Samsung Series 7 Washer Auto Dispense Drawer

Hi, 

Can anyone share a picture of the back of their auto dispense drawer in the series 7 washing machine, in the UK (specifically WW11DB7B94GBU1)? My softener seems to get used up really quickly, despite being set to low, and if I take the drawer out the detergent leaks out, is that right? This is a new machine and I just want to check in not missing anything here.

I had same problem today .. My softener just run out from draw straight after filled.. I cleaned all yesterday and I could small rubber so knew it it cam out from somewhere.. I was able to sort it out and repair it but only because I got this small rubber connector.. It fall off from the place when washing machine is connected with draw and it’s attached to washing machine

Same man, I recommend you to call the service and warranty and tell them what happened, they will try to say "it's user fault" to charge you money, but don't let them do that.
