Hi there, reaching out to see if anyone has successfully navigated the Samsung after sales support. My washing machine is less than 2 years old and has suffered the same power loss twice. The second time 4 weeks after it was repaired by replacing a pcb board. 3 weeks after reporting the fault I have yet to speak with a human being and am without a washing machine. Anyone know the direct contact details of a senior customer services manager?

Thanks for the response and your welcome! I'm getting the run around and there is a point blank refusal by Samsung to actually speak to me. While I have engaged in email and chat, they don't appear to want to actually talk to me. Call me old fashioned but it's not too much to expect someone to pick up the phone and give some information instead of chat bot generated platitudes.
