Samsung Eco bubble washer drying not drying.

Hi

Trying to find a solution to the below for my Samsung Eco bubble washer/dryer. The washer works fine but the dryer end up soaking the clothes. 

Instead of drying the clothes, it’s releasing more water and totally soaking them! So the clothes are going from slightly damp after a wash to completely soaked!

It is definitely not being overloaded, so not sure what is going on.

Since it's putting more water in, I'm assuming the wrong setting has been selected.

In addition to this, I'm assuming you've already made sure the water compartment has been emptied?
