Our Samsung Twin Cooling Plus fridge is icing up

Our fridge is icing up. It's just started doing this and no clue why.

What's the remedy for this please?

I'm having the same problem with ice build up behind the Twin Cooling back plate. This has been building up for some time and I'm sure the fridge temperature is being affected. Is that likely? What is the solution to the problem?

I have contacted Samsung and the level of advice and support has been awful. I am extremely disappointed and expected much more.

We defrosted our fridge (flashback to the 1980s), and within a week it started frosting up again.

Still no reasons from Samsung or how we can rectify this. The drawer at the bottom of the fridge is now full of water and ices up.

ChrisM we have the same problem though worse. Its been on going for a long time and we’ve been doing are best to deal with it, but we cant any longer and have a new baby. Please help. RF26HFENDSR
