I need a replacement shelf for my fridge after the glass was broken and neither Samsung nor their spares supplier can supply the part. Is this normal or have I been searching in the wrong place. My fridge is just 5 years old yet no-one seems to be able to help. This doesn't seem very good from a global supplier. Also, why is their website such a nightmare to navigate to find potential suppliers. Their customer service just fobbed me off. Can anyone help please.
