Hi, the plastic bits inside the tumbler of my washing machine have broken. One is about to fall off and the other has snapped and is snagging. I’m wondering if these plastic parts can be easily removed and replaced with spares, or if the whole barrel needs replacing ? If they can be replaced, does anyone have any idea how to find out the part number? I’ve included a picture of the model number. This is the 2nd time the machine has had problems since we purchased it in 2021. Last time the whole barrel needed replacing 😭

@Jaxjax: Please be aware that I have edited your post to remove an image containing the model and serial number of your washing machine in accordance with data protection, as these are key identifiers of the product.
Based on the nature of your issue I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team by heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and an advisor will be able to assist you further. Please do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself, as this will void your warranty, and may lead to further issues down the line if the correct parts are not used.
By arranging an inspection/repair via an authorised Samsung Service Centre, this will ensure that the washing machine is returned to its factory specifications.
