I purchased a fridge/freezer from an authorised Samsung dealer, which was advertised as being eligible for a cashback offer. According to the terms, I was required to wait 30 days from the date of purchase before submitting my claim.
After the 30-day period, I submitted my claim along with all the required documentation and evidence. However, my claim was unexpectedly rejected without any explanation. I would like to clarify that I have not made any other cashback claims — this was my only submission, and I ensured that all the stated requirements were met.
I would appreciate it if you guys can help me with this. Now I am out of pocket of £500
