I purchased a fridge/freezer from an authorised Samsung dealer, which was advertised as being eligible for a cashback offer. According to the terms, I was required to wait 30 days from the date of purchase before submitting my claim.

After the 30-day period, I submitted my claim along with all the required documentation and evidence. However, my claim was unexpectedly rejected without any explanation. I would like to clarify that I have not made any other cashback claims — this was my only submission, and I ensured that all the stated requirements were met.

I would appreciate it if you guys can help me with this. Now I am out of pocket of £500

Hi! Being a forum for customer-to-customer help is limited.

Care to share the promotion you saw from the retailer you bought it from? And what retailer was it? As the only time I've ever seen it is when the retailer is not participating.

And I bought it on 11 March 2025. I have order confirmation even delivery note with photos delivery man took photos of delivery as well . 1744823760997.jpg

The only thing im seeing is a multi buy discount on marks- im not seeing them mentiom the cashback on their site, if it doesn't say it on the site you won't be able to- participating retailer. Unless it did when you bought it? Attempt to resubmit the request but instead of marks but word it to markselectrical.co.uk

Send an email to shop.uk@email.support .samsung.com

And ask if markselectrical.co.uk is a part of the promotinal lost for retailers.
