So tried to get someone at Samsung, no luck they do not care, I bought my fridge in JULY!! At that time the description did not say that it came without panels. It only said "decorative sold separate". I didnt know ALL panels are considered decorative. I went right away to order panels and the lady said I had a REBATE! She signed me p and a week later they sent an email saying I wasn't eligible. Yet the reason for denied rebate? they tried to say the refrigerator wasnt eligible when my model was in the list! So I paid for them. Its December 3rd, 2024, still no panels - I ordered them Aug 3rd., 2024. After an hour with Lowes they said I wont get them until FEBRUARY!! ridiculous!
These refrigerators without the panels are DANGEROUS! the groves around the doors like to grab fingers and break nails off. My daughter had her whole fingernail ripped off, my son almost broke his finger and I've caught mine more times than I like.
OHHHH and Ive had to call twice on the beverage center, they had to replace the entire dispenser after 1 month.
