Samsung Bespoke Jet Pet. Bought last year when trade in offer was on but due to building work it was not opened or used until April 2024. Used less than 12 times and wont charge at all. I had a major operation in June and contacted Samsung due to large wound to explain I had no way of cleaning my house or bedroom without my vacumn. They refused to fix it and said it would be collected and taken away for repair. 2 weeks later still not been picked up and I am so upset that my house has not been vacuumed for weeks. Shocking customer service compared to Dyson who fix their machines in your home and also Vax whi sent a new replacement to my daughter within 2 days. Both the Dyson and Vax were a fraction of the cost of my bespoke samsung model but their lack of customer service and lengthy wait knowing I have had major surgery and need a clean environment is appalling.

I have looked into this for you, and we do only offer a pick up repair service for our range of vacuum cleaners, although I do appreciate that you would have preferred an in-home repair for the convenience this would have provided.

I have reported on the 13/o7/24 that my Samsung bespoke hoover av stopped working I was asked to send a short video with proof of purchase which I did that day , fast forward to day which is 19/08/24 and 4 phone calls to Samsung I am still yet to get the hoover even picked up let alone repaired , I am absolutely shocked by customer service of Samsung and will never buy a product again , I was offered a gift voucher of first of all £40 then again today £20 I refused both as I will never buy Samsung again ! I will be taking this further and will discourage anyone buying a Samsung product
