I have a bespoke refrigerator. We have been trying to coordinate with an “authorized” company to work on our refrigerator since December. We have done every possible “reset” or clean that can be found online with no success. We purchased a separate freezer since we lost everything in our freezer. Then had to purchase another cheap fridge as our Bespoke showed it was cooled to 34 degrees however this was not accurate. So again we lost everything in our fridge. We are desperate and this was not a cheap purchase ($2,800) to acquire this fridge just over 2 years ago. Searching for diy steps for fixing this appliance seems to be impossible. We have been loyal Samsung customers and have purchased several televisions over the years and kitchen appliances. The goal was to finish out the appliances with the stove but after the nightmare with this fridge we will be switching to another company.
