The door glass on my Samsung oven just exploded for no reason. This is a major safety hazard. Very disappointed.

We heard a loud bang. And when we came to the kitchen there was class all over. The oven had not been used since yesterday.

Hi Jordan,
my oven door exploded for no reason, my daughter just heard I heard the strangest crackling and noticed that the tempered glass of our oven door was shattering.
We had not been using the oven yet for the day! Can anyone explain this or help me resolve the issue
