I had to wait 6 weeks for my S22 Ultra when I finally got it.
Unfortunately also contacting the customer services is pointless as they see what you see on your order.
My experience of customer support was dreadful and I won't get the website exclusive colours anymore.
It's the one part of Samsung that needs sorting out. Just some communication would go a long way.
Your better off not stressing yourself out and contacting them, just wait till it arrives.
You won't get any meaningful updates.
It's an amazing device and you will love it when it does arrive.
I've seen that colour in person and it actually looks really nice 👌🏻

If you are in the UK, download the DPD app and put in your details.
At least you will get regular updates on your order once shipped

I'm afraid this is a customer to Customer Forum so we don't have access to orders or accounts.
As @Glenntech has advised above, exclusive colours especially in the 1tb range do see stock shortages from time to time hence there may be delays.
Likely your device is on its way from the factory and will need to be entered into stock once it arrives into the UK. (no one on here will be able to advise how long that will take).
But when you do get it..... It is an amazing device 👌

@VanIvan: I'm sorry to hear that there is some confusion with the status of your order. As mentioned above, if you have selected an Online Exclusive Colour then it can take around 4 weeks for the device to be dispatched. As an example, I just applied the Titanium Pinkgold colour to an S25 Ultra on samsung.com just now (16/02/2025), and a message appeared below to state "Order now to receive from 14/03/2025".
I understand that you're eager to get your hands on your new phone, however you should expect to receive it around the 24th February based on the above.

I can't even get any basic color 1TB. They said as of right now they are delivering to or pick up at any Atlanta GA stores

I placed my order on February 6th and received an email confirming that my order was received. However, I still have not received my phone. Additionally, the Samsung S25 Ultra is now available for purchase in stores. I am frustrated by the delivery delay from the Samsung app, and the customer service representatives continue to provide the same repeated explanations. I urge the authorities to take immediate action regarding this matter.

Made my payment on 3rd February for Titanium jet black model. Received email stating stating delivery started from 10th Feb onwards. Then after 4 days. The date (10th Feb) removed from Samsung Shop website and displaying new date 10th-28th. But my email still stats original date of 10th. Contacting support from Shop and App is circling on and on without any status. I am trading in my current phone and each month the price will be lesser and lesser. Samsung Malaysia don't want to reply to me if my trade in price dropped because of the delay they need to compensate me something in return. 3 weeks already and still at "preparing order"
