S25 Ultra experiencing late delivery

I pre ordered S25 Ultra Titanium pink gold 1TB on January 27th. It moved to order confirmed same day. It has been there since then no change. When do you think I will be receiving it. Contacted Samsung support and they said it is at their warehouse getting sorted. Is there anyone like me here?

Still early days. There is a small chance you might get in before 22/2.

Some orders were delayed yesterday. I cancelled the order after I received the delayed email. 1738481971245.jpg

All you can do it work on expected dates, it may come early or late. Whenever you choose an exclusive colour it tends to take a little longer than every one else. The status will change ones its been shipped

I ordered and aia dbe delivered Sunday 2nd. Then email to say delayed be by 3rd February. Still nothing and they blame bank and vodafone. Vodafone say never received order from Samsung Shop for airtime bundle.

Same situation for me! Was supposed to get delivered on 4th Feb then 5th and now 6th. Vodafone have no clue!!

I'm having the same issue in the UK placed my order 25th Jan and it's saying expected by 22nd Feb. What's the point ore ordering direct from Samsung if I'm getting it after people ordering in the phone shops. Samsung support are no help either as the employees are just as clueless with answers

You're right. The info they gave are different from each other. One said my order is waiting for allocation, another said requesting shipment and also some system updates causing all the delays. So now I don't who to believe.
