Smart Tag 2 not working on UWB with S24+

Hi, I recently purchased S24+ but the UWB for Smart Tag 2 doesn't seem to work on S24+ , nor does the Camera open for finding the Tag with direction. 

How do I get this to wok please I am on the latest March download.

I have the same issue. AR does not work with s24 plus . I uploaded an error report 2 months ago and still no acknowledgement from Samsung about this issue...

At present the engineers are finding no issues and cannot replicate the issue on the S24+.

I am calling that a lie (on Samsungs part). It's not on the supported list, as to why, we don't know.

Same here.. I have talked to Samsung Hong Kong office, they said S24 Ultra UWB does not support camera function. It's suck... Samsung has to fixed this..  It doesn't make any sense if S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra both working with Smart tag2 camera, but not on S24 Ultra.

UWB does not work with the S24+.  When I bought mine, a Smarttag 2 was included, so they want to be able to use UWB, but can't.

I feel like the Samsung Tags are probably going obsolete.  Google is working on getting UWB support, and you would have tracking from all Android devices, and Apple says they are throwing in with Google, so that means all smartphones will track the tags, and once they get UWB support, they will beat Samsung hands down.
