Not so REWARDING after all

Having purchased the S24 Ultra earlier this year, the reward available at the time was a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro and a SmartTag 2. My claim was submitted on 28 February and approved on the same date, my having provided the necessary IMEI and receipt details via the rewards portal. Despite clear information promising receipt of the reward within 45 days of the claim's approval, there is no sign of its arrival, and I've received no communication to advise of its delivery or even a delay to its delivery. I've also not received a response to a query I submitted about this via the reward portal. Is anyone else experiencing similar delays or problems? Historically, Samsung has always sent my rewards ahead of time, so this feels rather unlike them. #rewards

My reward was approved on the 15th February and as of today 60 days waiting and I still have not received it. Still processing apparently.

Just got the email to say they've been dispatched, 46 days so can't complain..

Hopefully everyone else's will start and get shipped.

Still nothing from samsung no reply from the support and ringing them was no help cmon @samsung what's going on pull your act together your gonna lose a lot of customers you should have made sure you have the stock before running a promotion you can't promise on

@Stan987: If your claim has been approved, and it has been more than 45 days since the approval date, then please reach out to the Promotions Team via the link below, and an advisor will be able to look into this for you.

I did contact the rewards team and all they would say was

"Due to high demand, we’re experiencing some delays with shipping your gift. Please rest assured that our team is working hard to make sure your reward is sent out as soon as possible.

You can also check the progress of your claim in real-time by logging into the `Track my Claim` page.

You will receive a tracking number from the courier as soon as your reward has been dispatched.

 Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us. "

Not really very helpful when you have been waiting 63 days for something that was supposed to be delivered to you in 45 days!!

...48 days now. Still waiting on the rewards. I'm moving out of my current accommodation soon and I can't connect with anyone over the phone to help have my delivery address changed nor can I edit this on the online portal. This thread is very aptly named...not so rewarding after all.
