Having purchased the S24 Ultra earlier this year, the reward available at the time was a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro and a SmartTag 2. My claim was submitted on 28 February and approved on the same date, my having provided the necessary IMEI and receipt details via the rewards portal. Despite clear information promising receipt of the reward within 45 days of the claim's approval, there is no sign of its arrival, and I've received no communication to advise of its delivery or even a delay to its delivery. I've also not received a response to a query I submitted about this via the reward portal. Is anyone else experiencing similar delays or problems? Historically, Samsung has always sent my rewards ahead of time, so this feels rather unlike them. #rewards
