Members in the UK; has anyone else had major trouble with any cashback reward offers this year, specifically for buying the new handset? 'Did post this before, but can't find any trace of it, hence the repost.
All I know is I traded my old handset in via post but it's tracked and never updated after I took it to post office. So don't know if I will get my £300 and £150 cash back now as Samsung will have to claim from Royal Mail
