Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my notification for good lock settings. The notification option appears to be grayed out, preventing me from enabling notifications. Could you please provide me with a step-by-step guide to resolve this issue?

@Sg user pro1 Goodlock isn't controlled by Samsung. 

You may need to contact the Goodlock Developers.

Hi, and welcome to the UK community.

The Good Lock app and its various modules don't necessarily send notifications. All the modules do is add extra menu settings. Therefore, any notification options are already handled by the feature or service the module is used with.

What you mean it's not controlled by Samsung? It is Samsung app

No. However, my experience is of only those modules I've installed. Your experience may differ depending on the ones you've installed. Check each one. If the option is greyed out, then it is what it is. As said, the module only adds extra menu settings, so notifications wouldn't apply here.

It was first introduced by Samsung in 2016. However, it's now developed by Good Lock labs and approved by Samsung. At the end of the day, it's still classed as a 3rd party app.

The Samsung development team and Good Lock Labs developers are two separate entities.

interestingly, the same opens with the Samsung Gallery or any Samsung application. Are you saying that Gallery is a 3rd party app,too?
