Received my new phone on Tuesday from Mobile Phones Direct ans first day was great! Set it up on Wednesday and everything was good. Come Friday and it's not charging with a normal plug and cable, tested my charger with another phone and there's nothing wrong with the charger itself.
 Did a recommended software update, ran diagnostics and even tried doing a factory reset but nothing. It now will only charge with a power bank and that's it

Try wiping phone partition cache
Power off the device.
•  a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.

Then also try diagnostics via Samsung members app

But if not working are you able to return it to them for refund?

Unfortunately tried that all, will be returning the handset. Facing 2 weeks on my old phone annoyingly
